I am truly grateful for having met Greg from fireplace by design .He went above and beyond to fix our heat control knob. Not only that he took everything out of the unit that was related to the heat and gave all those parts a thorough cleaning. We were very impressed with him and would not hesitate to call again if we have another problem or simply to keep up the maintenance on it .We give him 5 STARS for his willingness to listen to our problem , his ability to fix it and a price that was fair for us.
